We appreciate your interest in linking to our website. If
you are a winery/vineyard, bed and breakfast, restaurant, travel service
provider or chamber of commerce you know the value in visitors planning their
wine tasting trips in your area. Reciprocal linking can make this easier for
planning and researching. We would like to provide you with an optional graphic
that can make the linking easier for you.
The following agreement gives you permission to use the
provided images and/or text to set up a link back to us with a few guidelines.
Just read and accept the terms of this agreement and give us your contact
information so we can keep your webmaster updated if we make any changes to the

INCLUDING WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY THE WINE
SCOUT FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF YOUR
USE OF THE LINK LOGO. |

sole discretion, may terminate or modify your permission to use the link logo
at any time. You agree that upon The Wine Scout’s termination of your
permission to use the link logo, you will immediately cease all further use of
the link logo and any other similar mark, name or logo. |
